We face stress every day, so how do we deal with it? Through the session of 4 Fridays with power of Yin yoga, massage and aromatherapy, we focus on stress elimination that's being stored in these 'containers' within the body.
4 STRESS CONTAINERS
Stress can be located in 4 places - 'stress containers'. Each location is related not only with tightness in physical body, but it is also related to our feelings, fears, past traumas, breathing and much more.
1st container: head, face and neck. Having migraine, headache or bad sleep, feeling tired and always busy in the head? Find some ease in this very first practice for calmness.
2nd container: shoulders and chest. 'Having the weight of the world on your shoulders' - does it sound familiar? Feeling stuck, tight in the shoulders? Instead be filled love, compassion, self-acceptance.
3rd container: stomach and diaphragm. Feeling fear, powerless and not letting change in, being out of breath? BREATH IN... AND OUT. And welcome the change.
4th container: hips and pelvis. Opening and stimulating area around the hips gives sense of security and freedom, we learn to let go, surrender, release past hurts and emotions.
